May 5, 2010 YOU'RE NOT ALONE The beloved with whom we loose touch. Good friends who have gone before, and better halves without whom we feel incomplete. Lost? Removed, or stolen? Some in the blink of an eye, without a moments notice or a word of warning. Some in the vivid haze of painful slow motion, at the end of a fight or the close of a meaningful journey. Whether they have eased our burdens or driven us within an inch of inescapable madness, we don't forget them. Even without actual contact, the conversation continues... Within each other's memories. We are never alone.
April 19, 2010 Huffington: There is no dictionary definition for this word. so I have only my imagination to work with, which left it's own devises, conjures vacuum cleaners and (for some reason) high fashion. Now when I combine the two I am at quite a loss for anything except images of models in french maid uniforms (obviously I don't know a lot about high fashion). I also don't want to bore my readers with the same comparative assessment of competitive hoovers as they could so easily find in the latest volume of consumer affairs. However, if I stay abstract I find I don't have to reach far to find "Saracha". It is a chili sauce made in California by the Huy Fong Foods company. Aside from having steadily gained popularity for the past decade until it's almost as popular as Tabasco (which for the record is recognized by the auto-spell check on my laptop where Saracha is not), it is remarkable because it has the single, least functional applicator tip/cap of any condiment on the market. The sauce has a wonderful, slightly chunky texture, which can only ever flow through it's stingy, little, green, "easy"-pour nozzle for a fraction of a moment before it clogs uselessly. There seem to be two ways of dealing with this clogging, the most reasonable of which is not realistic in an actual saucing situation.
So I, like most impatient saucers, wind up squeezing as hard as I possibly can until the blockage gives, and the pressurized sauce comes splattering out all over my new designer hoodie, to say nothing of whatever expensive nonsense my dining companions happen to be wearing. The only reason I can come up with for such a successful company not to have changed it's applicator tip is that most high fashion is still made in China (see Huy Fong) by (often) under-aged people working in sweatshops under unconscionable circumstances... Am I the only one connecting the dots here people? It's revenge and it's subtle. Buy it anyway it tastes great and it's a great way to give back to the tiny children who make your beautiful clothes. peace.

Good Day ladies and Gentlemen.

Breezy, Beatzy and D-sizz. here, writing from the floor of my studio where I have chosen as the best seat for blogging (given it's proximity
to my dog, who needs lots of attention to make it worth his while to hang out in a room with so much sub bass…)
I't's Tuesday again which means another fantastic opportunity to share our weeks work with you. We have posted another two free songs
on bentaylormusic.com.

This weeks Cover offering is "Spell on You" by 'screaming' J Hawkins, but our arrangement is a bit of a medley, featuring exerpts from
"Master Blaster" and "Jammin" as well. Covering other peoples songs is a delicate business, cause usually if a song is good enough to want to
cover, it means it doesn't need covering. For this reason, I have tried to stray as far as possible from the original arrangements and productions
as possible. Please come and get it. Free of charge until next week.

On the menu for originals this week is a severe variation on last weeks song (America), but it's no mere remix. We chose it to be next in order to
demonstrate the broadness of the gamut in production styles that you can look forward to from us in the coming months. I have always felt that
a good song will stand up on it's own on the strength of it's lyrics and melodies. on top of that, any production or arrangement is just window
dressing. Garnish if you will… But I do love parsley...

I also love dub. Beatzy and D feel the same way. As a matter of fact We'll Dub out Happy Birthday or a funeral dirge if you give us half a chance…
I recorded the vocals night before last when I was extremely tired, but the brokenness of the performance was so honest, that we elected not
to replace any of it with the stronger vocals I sang yesterday. It is on the music section of the sight now (bentaylormusic.com/music). Come

It is a beautiful spring day here on the island, but we are so excited about the songs to come in the following weeks, that we are holed up in
the studio by choice. It's going to be hard to wait until next tuesday to post more, but I've promised Larry I'd pace myself. Please stay tuned.

Greetings friends. Thanks for being among the first to visit my new website. Particular thanks to Larry, Giulia, Kerri and Christian without whom
you might have found yourselves visiting a blank space in a virtual world (bleak to say the least). I think what we have here is the beginning of
an ironically real, virtually organic, digital representation of myself. That is to say that if you were to peel away the reflective
(and somewhat prickly) edges of my spirit, what you would see and hear would not be so very different from what you will find on the pages
of this site. Digitally speaking of course.

With your help and interest we will continue to develop and update the content until it not only spells me out, but brings more out of me. As of
now there are many songs which have been recorded in many different forms and styles. I have been eager to share them with my listening
community for some time, but have been loath to release them as an album because. frankly I can't figure out which direction I prefer and if
I were to force myself to choose my favorite version of each song, the resulting album at this point would be thematically in cohesive. As such
we have decided to release them all, over the internet, song by song so that you, our beloved listeners, can help us make sense of them.

Eventually my aim is to have a page for every song, in all of it's different styles, complete with Lyrics, explanations, video's, and your own
contributions (ie pictures reviews poems kareoke perfrmances etc....) but for the time being we're just going to put it up and start dropping

No sorry, actually that was me falling asleep typing because I'd been awake all night trying to finish everything up in time.
